What are the differences between your online menu service and the competition?

Does it matter if I have a website or not?

Most restaurants have a website for branding purposes only without any e-commerce
capability or delivery features. It doesn’t matter if you have a site or not, our
solution works either way. If you currently have a site, we will supply your webmaster
with the simplest solution to integrate your site with ours. If you do not have
a site, we will help you purchase a domain name and link it directly to your new
online menu.

– can you help?

We charge you a flat rate, no matter how many transactions you get online, the rate
stays the same.

How does the billing system work – does my customer pay you?

No! Your customer will be paying you directly using one of these (2) options.
- The customer’s credit card information is sent directly to your restaurant for processing.
- We cooperate with various gateways such as Authorize.net and can integrate your
credit card processing directly with the website.

How do I get the orders from my customers?

First our telephone system will generate an automatic call to inform you of a new
order. You will then get a fax/email directly to your restaurant. The orders are
also available for you in our online system.

Is any software or hardware required for using your service?

Our platform is internet based therefore all the information is available online.
You will also get a copy of every order to your fax machine so even an internet
connection is not a must.

How do I supply you with my menu?

our online form to submit it via a PDF file.

Can I set up different menus for different parts of the day?

Yes! Our online menu platform is flexible and allows you to create different menus
for lunch, dinner or any other special offer during the day. You just need to let
us know the hours for each menu and your site will present different menus throughout
the day.

Do you offer marketing solutions?

Our online menu system is SEO (“Search Engine Optimization”) friendly. Your restaurant
has a unique link with its name and all the technical information is sent to the
major search engines for retrieval. We do have an in-house marketing team and can
advise you of some online strategies you can use to promote your restaurant online.

Does the customer database belong to me?

Yes! All the customers that ordered from you will be visible in your online control
panel. Our customer service agents will be able supply you with the access information.

Can I send coupons or promotions to my customers?

We do offer email blasts services which can be used to inform your customers of
new deals, coupons or other promotions. There is usually an additional cost for
this service, depending on the amount of customers you are trying to reach.

Besides the flat monthly rate there is a one-time setup fee of $50.00.
